摘要
目的探讨普萨菲林治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法选取84例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为治疗组(普萨菲林组)、对照组(α2b干扰素乳膏组),每组42例,均行随访4周,对比分析各组治疗疗效和复发率。结果治疗组42例患者总有效率为97.5%,痊愈者34例,显效者4例,有效者3例,无效者1例,复发1例;对照组42例总有效率为70%,痊愈者14例,显效者6例,有效者10例,无效者12例,复发6例。结论普萨菲林治疗尖锐湿疣安全、高效,可作为尖锐湿疣首选用药。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of F Safi Lin＇ treatment on condyloma acuminatum.Methods 84 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum,divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group with 42 patients,all patients were followed up for 4 weeks,the comparison and analysis of the curative effect were carried out and the recurrence rate.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,for the 34 patients,effective apparently in 4 cases,the effective in 3,the invalid in 1,1 with recurrence;the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,14 recovery,6 effective apparently,the effective 10 cases,recurrence 6 cases.Conclusions F Safi Lin,as the preferred drug for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,is safe and efficient.
