摘要
目的分析128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像技术在急性冠脉综合征诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2010年9月～2012年1月我院收治的130例急性冠脉综合征患者行128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查,同时行冠状动脉血管造影检查为对照,分析128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像技术诊断急性冠状动脉综合征的诊断准确率。结果 128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查发现冠脉腔径狭窄≥50%的检出率为30.77%;冠状动脉血管造影检查的检出率为27.88%,两种检查方法对冠脉腔径狭窄≥50%的检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以冠状动脉血管造影检查为金标准,128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查发现冠状动脉狭窄(冠脉腔径狭窄≥50%)的敏感性为87.93%,特异性为92.67%。结论 128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像技术检出急性冠脉综合征的准确程度较高,对冠状动脉狭窄的诊断准确率接近冠脉造影,具有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of 128 layer spiral CT coronary artery imaging technology to acute coronary syndrome.Methods From September,2010 to January,2012,130 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome were selected to do the 128 layer spiral CT coronary artery imaging examination,and at the same time do the coronary angiography as the comparison.we analyzed the diagnostic accuracy of 128 layer spiral CT coronary artery imaging diagnosis for acute coronary syndrome.Results The detection rate of 128 layer spiral CT coronary artery imaging for finding coronary lumen diameter quartile narrow was 30.77%,and of the coronary angiography was 27.88%,the difference was not statistically significant difference（P0.05）.As coronary angiography for gold standard,the sensitivity of 128 layer spiral CT coronary artery imaging was 87.93% and the specificity was 92.67%.Conclusions The detection accurate degree of 128 layer spiral CT coronary artery imaging for acute coronary syndrome is higher,and the diagnostic accuracy rate closes to coronary angiography,which has high value of clinical application for acute coronary syndrome.
