摘要
在隔离式电解槽中 ,用 Pb作阴极 ,Pt作阳极 ,饱和甘汞作参考电极 ( SCE) ,DMF+ Et OH+ Bu4NBr+ H2 O作电解体系 ,对木素进行电化学加氢工艺条件的研究 ,结果表明 :当 [DMF]:[Et OH]:[H2 O]=1∶ 0 .7∶ 3.9(浓度比 ) ,[Bu4NBr]=0 .1 7mol/L,木素 =45.5g/L,阴极电位 V( vs.SCE) =- 2 .3V,电解温度为40℃ ,电解时间为 8h时 ,木素的加氢效果较好 ,SP可降低 2 4℃。元素分析可知加氢后氢含量和氢碳比分别增加了 1 .7%和 0 .0 4。
With a divided electrolytic cell, Pb as a cathode, Pt as a anode, saturated calomel electrode as a reference electrode and DMF+EtOH+H_2O+Bu_4NBr as electrolytic system, the electrochemical hydrogenation of lignin was studied. At the same time, the influences of the electrolytic temperature, solvent concentration, supported electrolyte concentration, water and substrate concentrations on the hydrogenation of lignin were also examined. The results indicated that when the ratio of [DMF]∶[EtOH]∶[H_2O] is 1∶0.7∶3.9 (the ratio of concentration),[Bu_4NBr] is 0.17M, Lignin is 45.5 g/L,electrolytic temperature is 40℃ and electrolytic potential is -2.3V(vs SCE), the hydrogen content of hydrogenated lignin increases by 1.7%, and the atom ratio of hydrogen to carbon increases by 0.04, the soft point of hydrogenated lignin decreases by 24℃.
