宫腔镜宫颈病变电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的临床观察被引量：2

摘要目的探讨宫腔镜宫颈病变电切术(TCRC)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的临床疗效。方法选取宫颈上皮内瘤样病变患者150例,随机分成TCRC和宫颈环形电切术(LEEP),每组各75例,观察2组的疗效、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、愈合时间和术后并发症的发生情况。结果 LEEP组的总有效率为75%,TCRC组的总有效率为89%,2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(2=4.517,P<0.05)。TCRC组的术中出血量和愈合时间较LEEP组明显减少或者变短(P均<0.01),而手术时间和住院时间2组比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。2组的术后疼痛、脱痂出血超月经、创面感染和宫颈狭窄的发生率比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论 TCRC治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的疗效较LEEP更为显著,具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、并发症少等优点,值得临床进一步推广。
