纺黏法非织造布抗紫外线性能测试 被引量:1

摘要 测试分析聚丙烯纺黏非织造布不同面密度试样对紫外线透过率的影响,试样经氘灯模拟日晒后紫外线透过率的变化、试样经氘灯照射后强度的变化以及薄型聚丙烯纺黏法非织造布叠层后紫外线透过率的变化规律,研究纺黏法非织造布用于遮阳材料时的抗紫外线性能.结果表明,聚丙烯纺黏法非织造布随面密度的增大,UVA、UVB透过率的变化趋势成指数规律下降;随着日晒时间的增加,试样的抗紫外线性能效果会逐渐变差.试样的断裂强力随氘灯的照射时间增加而减少,薄型试样的紫外线透过率与叠层层数呈指数关系下降,而且随着叠层数量的增加,UVB透过率下降迅速,而UVA透过率则下降较慢. Spunbond nonwovens of shading material UV radiation performance is studied.The ultraviolet transmittance influence of polypropylene spunbond by different sample surface density was test and analysed.The samples ultraviolet transmittance change after exposure of deuterium lamp which imitated the sun ultraviolet was studied.The change of samples strength after exposure of the deuterium lamp was test.The ultraviolet transmittance of polypropylene spunbond nonwovens after the change nonwovens′ layers was test.The results showed that with polypropylene spunbond nonwovens surface density increases,UVA and UVB transmittance change trend to exponential decline.With the time which deuterium lamp imitation of sun exposure increases,the ultraviolet resistant effect would be gradually become poor and the breaking strength would decreases.The ultraviolet transmittance of samples trends to exponential decline with nonwovens′ layers.And with layers increase UVB transmittance is down quickly,UVA transmittance is down slowly.
