摘要
采用文献研究、调查访问相结合的方法，对山东省普通高校高水平运动员学籍管理的现状、问题与改革对策进行了深入探讨，找出了山东省普通高校高水平运动员在学制设置、教学大纲制定、管理方式上存在的问题；分析了把学制浮动作为竞争机制引入高水平运动员学籍管理的必要性；提出了高水平运动员学籍管理模式。
By the combination methods of literature study, investigation and visiting, the status, existing problems and measures for reforming the management of elite athletes' names on the school rolls in common colleges and universities of Shandong province were discussed thoroughly. It was found that there were problems in the setting up of the educational system, the establishment of the teaching program and the management pattern of the elite athletes in common colleges and universities. The common institutions of higher learning should deal with the elite athletes' names on the school rolls flexibly, inducing them into their management as a sort of competition, and the necessity was analyzed as well. Thus, the elite management pattern of the athletes' names on the school rolls was put forward.
