摘要
材料的脆性韧性断裂行为转变,可以通过应力-应变曲线状态进行区分,也可延伸为对材料结构的判断。本文对不同牌号聚乙烯进行3种不同拉伸速率的拉伸实验,通过对应力-应变曲线进行分析,对不同牌号聚乙烯的结构特性进行初步对比判断。
The brittle-ductile fracture behavior transition of materials judging from the stress-strain curves was used for the analysis of the material structure.It analyzed the stress-strain curve for the different grade of PE in this paper.The tensile test was completed with different strain rate for judging the structure character of different grade of PE.Then,it could conduct the production adjustment quickly by the structure connection.
