摘要
粉煤灰水泥注浆材料在采空区治理方面应用广泛,其主要性能直接关系到注浆充填实施和效果。通过室内试验,探讨了不同水固比、固相比、水玻璃掺量与浆液黏度、浆液初凝时间、浆液结石率、浆液结石体抗压强度之间的相互关系。试验表明,水固比1∶1.2~1∶1.5、固相比3∶7、水玻璃占水泥含量2%或3%情况下,注浆体凝结后,结石率均在75%以上,7d单轴抗压强度均在2MPa以上,满足工程需要。
Application of flyash-cement grout material in gob treatment is wide.Its main properties are related to grout stowing effect.Applying laboratory test,this paper discussed the relationship of different water-solid ratio,solid ratio,sodium silicate content and grout viscosity,initial set time,solidification ratio,compression strength of solid.Test showed that under the condition of water-solid ratio 1∶1.2~1∶1.5,solid ratio 3∶7,cement content 2% or 3% in sodium silicate,solidification ratio was over 75% after grout condensation,single-axial compression strength was larger than 2MPa,which met engineering requirement.
