摘要
[目的]探讨清肝补肾汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的机理及临床疗效。[方法]将入选患者随机分为清肝补肾汤治疗组和硫普罗宁、甘利欣胶囊对照组,对照比较其疗效、不良反应、费用。[结果]清肝补肾汤组在改善临床症状、降低转氨酶、不良反应率等各方面均优于硫普罗宁、甘利欣胶囊组。[结论]清肝补肾汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效好、不良反应少、费用低,值得临床应用。
[ Objective ] Discusses Qinggan Bushen decoction treatment of chronic hepatitis b mechanism and clinical curative effect, r Methods Will be selected Qinggan Bushen decoction patients were randomly di- vided into the treatment group and Tiopronin, Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules control group, compared the curative effect, adverse reactions, charge. [ Results ] Clear liver kidney soup group in the clinical symp- toms, reduce improve transaminase, adverse reaction rate and so on various aspects are better than Tiopronin, Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules. [ Conclusion] Clear liver kidney decoction in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b clinical curative effect is good, fewer side effects, low cost, and clinical application.
