摘要
目的:探讨标准化流程对门诊手术器械清洗和包装质量控制的效果。方法:比较实施标准化流程前后门诊手术器械清洗质量、器械功能完好性、包的体积和重量、包外标签、包内指示卡等质量指标。结果:手术器械清洗和包装质量标准化流程实施前后的整体合格率分别为87.5%和99.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:由消毒供应中心实施标准化流程,能有效提高门诊手术器械的清洗和包装质量,利于后续消毒灭菌。
Objective：To analyze the effect of standardized process on the cleaning and packaging quality of operational instruments for outpatients. Methods：The cleaning quality and functional integrity of the operational devices,and the quality index referring to the weight and cubic measure of the package,the instruction cards within the package as well as the tags outside were compared before and after the application of standardized management. Results：The overall qualification rates of the cleaning and packaging quality of the instruments before and after the application of standardized process were 99.4% and 87.5%,respectively（P〈0.01）. Conclusions：Standardized management can effectively improve the cleaning and packaging quality of operational instruments for outpatients,which are beneficial to the succeeding disinfection and sterilization.
