摘要
目的探讨整体护理在LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂患者中的应用效果。方法将1860例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为观察组(930例)与对照组(930例),所有患者均采用LEEP刀治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理。比较两组患者手术时间、术中不良反应情况、术中出血量及治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中不良反应发生率、术中出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组有效率99.46%,对照组96.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂操作简单,疗效确切,加强围手术期整体护理可减少术中不良反应发生率,有效提高治疗效果,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing care on LEEP knife treatment of cervical erosion.Methods 1860 patients with cervical erosion patients were randomly divided into the observation group（930 cases） and control group（930 cases）.All patients were treated with LEEP knife treatment,the control group with routine nursing and observation group with holistic nursing.The operation time,intraoperative reaction conditions and the amount of bleeding in operation and the therapeutic effect were observed.Results In the observation group,operation time,intraoperative adverse reaction rates,the amount of bleeding in operation were significantly lower than in control group（P0.05）.The effective rate was 99.46% in the observation group and 96.23% in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion LEEP knife treatment of cervical erosion with simple operation,definite curative effect,strengthen peri operation period of holistic nursing care can decrease the incidence rate of adverse reaction,improve curative effect,and it has the value in clinical application.
