摘要
21世纪中国面向知识经济时代的到来 ,应加快科教兴国战略的实施 ,通过知识资源和资本的合理有效运作 ,实现科技的产业化、集约化和市场化 ,按照市场需求建立市场诱导——科技创新——产业发展的运作机制 ,以高科技产业发展为主导 ,带动整个产业结构总水平提高 ,真正形成一种高科技产业扩张的多元化产业动态结构 ,以产业结构知识化发展来实现中国经济增长模式的战略性转变 ,并保证中国经济持续、平稳。
At the threshold of a knowledge economy era , it is vital for China to accelerate the implementation of her strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education, and to apply her knowledge and capital resources to the industrialization, intensive and market-oriented development of science and technology. A new operating mechanism should be set up, characterized by a market-oriented system, technical innovations and industrial development. To ensure a sustained economic development, a diversified industrial mix is essential to the strategic change of China's modes of economy with hi-tech as its focus.
