摘要
法律职业是一国建构法治程序不可或缺的中介 ,它往往肩负着多重使命 ,其中法治国家所需要的理念倡导与弘扬及法治程序的建构当为其最为突出的两项内容。本文对法律职业的概念、主体及所应具备的伦理道德观作了初步探讨。
Legal profession is an indespensible media to estabish legal order in a nation.It usually places many-sided roles,among which,the advocation and promotion of concept necessary for government under Law and the constrution of Legal order are the two most prominent parts.The article is a prime exploration into the subject and concept of Legal profession and its moral and ethical areas.
