摘要药源性急性心肌梗死（AMI）系指因药物毒副反应、相互作用和（或）应用不当而引起的短期内冠状动脉血流急剧减少或中断导致心肌缺血、损伤和坏死的症候群，是药源性心血管病急症的危重类型之一。其既可以发生于冠状动脉无病变的患者，
