摘要
中国共产党历来重视文化建设与创新。我国在推进改革开放,思想大活跃、观念大碰撞、文化大交融的时代背景下,尤要从战略高度深刻认识文化建设的重要地位和作用,应对文化挑战,实施"文化强国"战略目标,提升我国社会主义文化的自觉、自新、自信、自强。党委和政府要切实承担起提供文化公共服务的责任,大力培育社会主义文明新风尚,充分发挥市场经济的激励作用,把做大做强文化产业作为我国加快转变经济发展方式的新亮点。
It is the real modern powerful nation to do cultural construction well. CPC is always paying more attention to cultural construction and innovation. We are advancing reform and opening, and at the same time, great active thinkings, collision of concepts, and cultural integration are emerging. In this peri- od, we should especially have a profound knowledge on the important status and role of cultural construc- tion from the perspective of strategy to cope with cultural challenges, to implement strategic goal of ＂pow- erful culture country＂, and to improve our socialist culture with self-conscious, self-innovation, self-confi- dence, and self-improvement. Our Party committee and governments should afford the responsibility of public cultural service in order to cultivate the new trend of socialist civilization and fully develop the in- centive effect of the market economy. We shall make the culture industry huge and strong, which is a new light spot of our speeding up the transformation of the economical development mode.
