摘要
为加强护理质量评价 ,建立了重症病人评估积分法 ,评估积分共 5个方面 ,即 1 2项生理参数积分、年龄积分、意识积分、脏器衰竭积分、护理干预积分。通过对重症病人评估积分 ,为护理管理者在重症护理方面提供了监控指导依据 ;客观科学评价科室护理工作量及病人的危重程度 ;
To improve the evaluation of nursing quality, we adopted the method of point accumulation in assessing seriously ill patients. 5 aspects were involved, viz. accumulation of points concerning respectively 12 physiological parameters, age, consciousness, the failure of internal organs of the body, and nursing intervention. The method has provided nursing care managers with relevant data on the supervision and guidance of the nursing care of seriously ill patients, helped to objectively and scientifically assess the workload in nursing of various departments and the seriousness of patients illnesses, and enhanced the rationality in allocating human resources in nursing.
