摘要
为了实现舰船等测量设备的基准平行传递,设计了一种平行基准传递机构。该机构以平行放置的两块平面反射镜为平行度传递的基础,其中一块反射镜设计成半反半透镜,利用其反射及透射原理和自准直平行光管的自准直成像原理,实现两基准镜的平行度测量。在介绍了平行基准传递机构的工作原理的基础上,给出精度标定方法及误差不大于0.2″;介绍了两基准镜平行度检测方案,给出了检测结果,分析了影响测量结果的因素,两基准镜的平行度误差在X方向不大于0.75″,在Y方向不大于1.15″,测量系统的误差不大于0.35″。结果表明,平行基准传递机构具有设计简单、成本低、使用方便、测量精度高等优点,可在工程中推广使用。
