青岛大学医学院附属医院在稳步改革中坚持办院宗旨 ,发挥集体智慧 ,坚持实事求是和发扬民主 ,坚持大项目专家论证 ,敢于碰硬和质效等原则 ,确定了医院在 5年内建成国内一流现代化医院的总目标和分三步实施的策略 ,抓住医院内涵建设、经营效益、职工福利不放 ,认真实施聘任制 ,坚持向管理要效益 ,积极推进后勤改革。同时 ,注重对外学术交流 ,狠抓医院文化建设 ,发展医院后勤和增强医院凝聚力。通过稳步改革 ,医院建设取得了明显成效 ,2 2 0 0 0m2 的现代化水平的医疗大楼和一批高、精、尖的设备投入使用 ,2 0 0 0年 1~ 3月的收入与 1 999年同期比增加了 30 % ,危重病人抢救成功率达 90
The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College decided on the general objective of turning itself into a domestically top notch modernized hospital within 5 years and a three step implementation strategy. To promote steady reform, it stuck to the aim for running the hospital, gave full play to collective wisdom, insisted on seeking truth from facts and developing a democratic style of work, and adopted the principles of persisting in the argumentation on major projects by experts, daring to crack the hardnuts and regarding quality as being crucial to benefits. It also paid close attention to its potential development, business performance and the welfare of its staff and workers, earnestly adopted the appointment system, insisted on seeking benefits from good management, and actively promoted reform in the rear service. At the same time, the hospital stressed external academic exchanges, attached great importance to its cultural construction, expanded its rear service and enhanced its cohesion. The steady reform brought about marked effects to the hospitals construction. A 22,000m 2 modernized medical building and a batch of high tech equipment were put into operation, the income for the first 3 months of the year 2000 rose 30% over the same period of 1999, and the success rate for the emergency treatment of critically ill patients reached over 90%.
