2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者心率变异与QT离散度的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨T2DM合并CHD心率变导(HRV)与QT离散度(QTd)的关系。方法:选取2009年1月-2011年1月入院的T2MD合并CHD患者63例为观察组,同时选择59例健康体检者作为对照组,做24h心电图,由电脑统计数据分析,得出HRV时域和频域的参数值,并分析12导联心电图的数据结果,得出QT间期和QTd的数据。结果:T2DM合并CHD患者HRV各参数均低于对照组,而QTd参数均大于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组的QTd与SDNN、SDANN、SDNN-index均存在着负相关。结论:由于T2DM合并CHD患者严重损害了心脏自主神经,通过24h动态心电图分析及测量QTd的参数,更有助于及早发现高危患者,并及早对症治疗。 Objective:To study the relationship between heart rate variability(HRV) and QT dispersion(QTd) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:from January 2009~January 2011 year in admission of T2MD patients with CHD in 63 cases for the observation group,and 59 healthy subjects as control group,24h ECG by computer,statistical data analysis,obtains the HRV time domain and frequency domain parameter values,and analysis of the 12 lead ECG data results,obtains the QT interval and QTd data.Results:The patients with CHD T2DM HRV parameters were lower than the control group,while the QTd parameters were greater than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05).The observation group QTd and SDNN,SDANN,SDNN-index were negative correlation exists between.Conclusion:The T2DM patients with CHD in serious damage to the cardiac autonomic nerve,through the 24h dynamic ECG analysis and measurement of the parameters of QTd,more useful in the early detection of patients at high risk,and early symptomatic treatment.
