摘要
目的研究治疗皮肤慢性溃疡的新方法，提高治疗效果。方法应用负压吸引器反复吸引溃疡创面，并于溃疡基底部的浅层组织注射运量的 ０． ２５％～０． ５％利多卡因。结果 ４５例皮肤慢性溃疡经过 ４～５次治疗，治愈３７例，好转８例。结论负压吸引加局部封闭能增加血供，改善营养，加快上皮修复，促进溃疡愈合。
Objective To study the new method to treat chronic dermatic ulcer to improve the effect of the treatment. Methods The suction under negative. pressure was used on the surface of the ulcer and some 0. 25 percent to 0. 5 percent lidocaine was injected into the shallow layer of the ulcer base. Results After the method was used for 4 to 5 times,the ulcers were healed in 37 cases and improved in & cases. Conclusion The method of suction under negative pressure and local block can increase the blood supply,improve the nutrition,accelerate the reparation of epithelital tissue and promote the ulcer to heal up.
