摘要
为了研究商品房价格与城镇基尼系数之间的动态关系,本文利用1996~2009年中国省际面板数据,建立了商品房价格和城镇基尼系数的面板VAR模型,利用平稳性检验、协整检验和Granger因果关系检验,对商品房价格和城镇基尼系数之间的动态关系进行了实证研究分析。其结果显示:基尼系数对商品房价格强度具有显著的负效应。
This paper adopts panel data which contains Chinese provincial data from 1996 to 2009 to make an empirical study and the final data includes 30 sections(except Tibet)and 14 series and 420 samples.Establishing the commodity house prices and town Gini coefficient of the panel VAR model to study dynamic relationship of them by empirical research.The results show that a Gini coefficient of commodity house price strength has significant negative effects.
