摘要
目的 :探讨药物保守治疗异位妊娠的方法 :方法 :比较分析氨甲喋呤 (MTX)配伍中药与单用 MTX治疗异位妊娠两组间的疗效 ,住院时间以及不良反应等。结果 ;MTX配伍中药较单用MTX治疗异位妊娠 ,能缩短疗程 ,减少住院时间 ,加快包块吸收 ,减少不良反应 .结论 :MTX配伍中药是药物保守治疗异位妊娠的良好方法。
Objectives:[WT5BZ]To study the approach of drug conservative treatment for ectopic pregnancy.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]The efficacy,adverse effects and hospitalized days were compared between MTX group and combination group of MTX with chinese traditional medicine.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Shorter treatment course and hospitalized days,ectopic mass ahsorption more quickly and less adverse effects were found in the combination group.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Combination treatment for ectopic pregnancy was one of better conservative approach for ectopic pregnancy. [WT5HZ]
