摘要
中国第六次人口普查的数据再一次警示了我们目前我国老龄化社会问题的严重性。深圳虽然平均年龄为30岁,但依然将要面对人口老龄化的问题。本文分析了深圳老年人力资源的特点,提出了对老年人力资源加以开发和利用的意义,并针对这些特点为深圳对老年人力资源的开发和利用提出了一些建议,包括:政府转变理念,对老年人力资源从关注到重视;鼓励各单位实行弹性退休制度;出台政策支持老年人才再就业;成立老年大学或其它培训机构;成立各类专业人才的老年协会;开发以社区为主体的对老年人才的灵活用工方式。
We were warned about the problem of aging society of China again by the 6th National Population Census figures.The average age of people in Shenzhen is 30,this city is still facing the problem of ＂aging of population＂.This paper analyzed the features of elderly human resource of Shenzhen,pointed out the significance and gave some suggestions for elderly human resource development and utilization.
