摘要
介绍了研制麦胚营养口服液的小试、中试情况。阐述了水解酶的选择、酶解反应的正交试验以及生产口服液的工艺流程。
The small and middle experimental researches on the nutritional beverage of wheat germ were introduced.Meanwhile,the choice of hydrolase,the orthogonal experiment of enzymolysis reaction and the technological process of producing beverage were reviewed.
