摘要
从结构视角探寻企业人力资本对组织能力的作用路径,静态层面从二者结构匹配角度挖掘其作用过程,动态层面通过人力资本投资、配置和激励三个环节来阐释二者之间的直接和间接作用路径。最后采用结构方程模型对综合作用路径进行实证检验,并对不同路径的差异性进行解释。
From the structural perspective, the operational path from human capital (HC) to the structuring capability is explored at two levels. At the static level, the structural correspondence be- tween human capital and structuring capability is the locus of analysis. At the dynamic level, the di- rect and indirect influence of human capital is studied throughout the three links of investment, distri- bution and incentive. Finally, the structural equation model is used to testify the operational path model and explanations are given to the diversity found between different paths.
