摘要
目的了解天津北辰区家蝇抗药性情况,指导合理使用杀虫剂。方法用点滴法测定家蝇半数致死量(LD50)。结果北辰区家蝇对5种常用杀虫剂的LD50依次为敌敌畏0.0 530μg/只、高效氯氰菊酯0.0 310μg/只、溴氰菊酯0.0217μg/只、残杀威0.1 902μg/只、氯菊酯0.0 262μg/只。与敏感试虫相比,R/S值敌敌畏为10.0倍、高效氯氰菊酯为50.82倍、溴氰菊酯为22.85倍、残杀威为3.30倍、氯菊酯为2.34倍。结论北辰区野外家蝇对5种常见杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性,以高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯最为著。建议加强抗药性监测,科学合理用药,采取综合防治措施,减缓抗药性的发展。
Objective To understand the resistance to drugs of musca domestica in Beichen District of Tianjin, and instruct people to use insecticides properly. Method Determine the median lethal dose (LDs0) of musca domestica by dropping method. Results The LDs0 values of musca domestica against 5 common insecticides of DDVP, beta cypermethrin, deltamethrin, propoxur and permethrin were 0. 0 530, 0. 0 310, 0. 0 217, 0. 1 902 and 0. 0 262 ttg per musca domestica, respectively. Compared with sensitive insects, the R/S values of DDVP was 10. 0 times, beta cypermethrin was 50. 82 times, deltamethrin was 22. 85 times, propoxur was 3.30 times and permethrin was 2. 34 times. Conclusions The musca domestica in Beichen District had differ ent resistances against the 5 common insecticides, of which, beta cypermethrin and dehamethrin had the most significant effect. We suggested to strengthen the monitoring of resistance to drugs, use insecticides prop erly, and adopt comprehensive control strategies so as to reduce the development of resistance to drugs.
