摘要
目的了解石家庄市游泳池水质卫生状况和游泳场所的卫生管理情况,为防止传播疾病、保障游泳者的身体健康提供依据。方法根据《石家庄市2011年公共场所卫生重点监督检查方案》及《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》,2011年石家庄市疾病预防控制中心与市卫生监督局共同对市区内所辖游泳池进行了监督采样,石家庄市负责对水样进行化验。结果游离性余氯、尿素、细菌总数、大肠菌群、pH值、浑浊度的合格率依次为52.0%、81.2%、85.7%、94.1%、97.6%、100.0%;室内与室外游泳池合格率分别为41.5%和28.3%;专业型、生活小区型和附属型游泳池合格率分别为48.7%、27.1%和20.2%。结论应进一步加强对石家庄市游泳池的监督和管理,确保广大游泳爱好者有安全卫生的游泳环境。
Objective To understand the water sanitary condition of swimming pools and health management of swimming pools in Shijiazhuang City, and provide basis for preventing disease transmission and protecting the health of swimmers. Method According to Key Supervision and Inspection Program for Public Places Health in Shijiazhuang City in 2011 and Implementation Rules of Regulations on Health Administration of Public Places, Shijiazhuang Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Health Supervision Bureau took samples from each swimming pool together, and Shijiazhuang CDC was responsible for laboratory testing of the sam- pies. Results The qualified rates of free residual chlorine, urea, total bacteria, coliform bacteria, pH value and turbidity were 52. 0%, 81.2%, 85.7%, 94. 1%, 97.6% and 100. 0%, respectively. The qualified rates of indoor and outdoor swimming pools were 41.5% and 28.3%, respectively; and the qualified rates of professional, residental and subsidiary swimming pools were 48.7%, 27.1% and 20. 2%, respectively. Con- clusion We should further strengthen the supervision and management of swimming pools in Shijiazhuang, so as to cerate a safe and healthy swimming environment for swimmers.
