摘要
目的:研究杠板归乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱,Sephadex LH-20,半制备高效液相色谱等方法对杠板归进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、1H-NMR谱、13C-NMR谱、质谱等方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从杠板归中分离鉴定得到10个化合物,分别为5-羟甲基糠醛(1)、咖啡酸甲酯(2)、原儿茶醛(3)、槲皮素(4)、生松素(5)、儿茶素(6)、二氢槲皮素(7)、二氢槲皮素3-O-β-D-木吡喃糖苷(8)、13-羟基半日花-8-(17),14-二烯-19-醛(9)、香豆素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)。结论:化合物6~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Polygonum perfoliatum.Methods:The chemical constituents of Polygonum perfoliatum were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and Semi-preparative HPLC.The structures of compounds were elucidated and identified by physicochemical properties,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and ESI-MS.Results:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldEhyde(1),methyl caffeoate(2),protocatechuic aldehyde(3),quercetin(4),pinocernbrin(5),catechin(6),taxifolin(7),taxifolin-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(8),13-epitorulosal(9),coumarin-7-O-β-D-glucose glycosidic(10).Coclusion:Compounds 6~9 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
