摘要
本文阐述了社会管理的重点及其本质。针对我国现实国情,就当前加强与创新社会管理提出了社会管理的四大突破口和重点领域。文章进一步指出,社会管理的本质是公共合作治理,它不能依靠党和政府包揽,需要党政机关、企事业单位、社会组织、媒体、民众的合作联动。社会管理的目标则是实现社会和谐有序同时又人人心情舒畅、充满活力。
This paper elaborates the key point and essence of social management. Based on our country＇s situation, this paper proposes four breakthroughs and key areas of strengthening and innovating social management. Furthermore, this paper points out that the essence of social management is public cooperation administration, which not only depends on the Party and government, but also on the cooperative administration by party and government organizations, social organizations, media, and citizens. The aim of social management is to realize a harmonic society.
