摘要
建设社会主义新农村是当代我国的重要历史使命,作为新农村建设内容之一的文化建设是农村地区发展的关键一环。没有农村文化类公共服务的充分供给,没有农民文化素质的提高,没有农村整体精神面貌的改善,就没有真正意义上的新农村建设。基于新农村建设的时代背景,回应基本公共服务均等化的现实要求,以农村文化类公共服务的供给现状为研究切入口,考察当前以政府为主导的农村文化类公共服务供给模式存在的问题,分析农村文化类公共服务存在供给困境的主要原因,并提出可供选择的供给路径,以期为提高农村文化类公共服务供给质量做出有益的探索。
Building a new socialist countryside is an important historical mission of contemporary China.The cultural construction,which is one aspect of new countryside construction,plays a key role in promoting the development of countryside.If there is no sufficient supply of public culture services,no improvement of farmer's cultural quality and overall mental outlook of countryside,there will no real sense of the new countryside construction.Based on the background of the construction of new countryside and in response to the equalization of basic public services,this article starts with discussing the situation of the public culture services supply in rural area,and then to find the problems of public services provision mode which is primarily led by govermment.At last,through analyzing the main reasons that led to the provision dilemma and putting forward some provision paths for making choice,the article aims to make some useful exploration to improve the quality of public culture services in rural areas.
