摘要
基本养老保险涉及人民群众最根本的利益,针对我国省际基本养老保险参与现状,运用全国26个省份的面板数据进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:城市化水平是我国基本养老保险覆盖面扩大的重要因素,经济发展水平对我国基本养老保险覆盖面的扩大有着推动作用,劳动报酬额的增长一定程度上促进基本养老保险覆盖面的扩大,就业水平的高低影响着基本养老保险覆盖面的扩大与否,并且这些因素在各地区对基本养老保险覆盖面的影响都存在着差异性。
Basic social security insurance is the most fundamental interests of the people involved in the basic old - age insurance for China to partic- ipate in the status quo use of panel data of 26 provinces were compared. The results show that： the level of urbanization is the important factor to widening the coverage of China＇ s the basic social security insurance, the level of economic development of China＇ s the basic social security insur- ance cover from the expansion has to promote the role of labor remuneration amount of growth to some extent, promote the expansion of the coverage of the basic social security insurance, the level of employment impact on the expansion of the basic pension insurance coverage or not, and these factors in all regions there are differences in the basic old - age insurance coverage.
