摘要
高等教育能为经济发展提供必需的人才支撑。高等教育学科结构作为人才培养类型与规格的决定性因素,必须与区域经济发展阶段和发展目标相适应才能促进经济效益最大化。2001～2011年间,河南省高等教育学科结构发生了明显变化,必须通过培育涉农"特色"学科、调整学科专业结构及比例、提升学科结构质量等措施,优化其学科结构与经济发展的适应状态。
Higher education can provide human resource support for economic： development. Discipli-nary structure, the decisive factor in the specification and type of talents, must be adapted to the stage and target of regional economic development. In the decade of 2001-2011, obvious changes have taken place in the disciplinary structure of He＇nan higher education. We should optimize its adaptabili-ty by developing the agriculture-related majors, adjusting the structure of and proportion between dif-ferent majors, and promoting the structural efficacy.
