摘要
分析了高剪切均质机搅拌叶轮的均质机理 ,通过对搅拌叶轮流量与压头的讨论 ,分析了叶轮参数选择的依据 ,确定了叶轮的结构型式 ,阐述了叶轮区流体的流动特性和剪切作用 ,得到叶轮转速是影响高剪切均质机均质效果的主要参数这一结论。
The principle of homogenization for homogenizer with blade rotor was studied. According to the discussing on the relation between the rate of flow and the energy of pressure, the design facts for the blade rotor was established. A theoretical analysis of shearing stress field and state of flow nearby the blade rotor was presented. It was concluded that the rotational speed of blade rotor was a major parameter that could influence the effect of homogenization.
