摘要
铁路防灾系统处于起步阶段,此项研究具有重要的现实意义。本文提出了一种实用的风雨报警判断算法,并用计算机语言(C#)实现和验证了这种算法。
The Railway Damage Prevention System in China was in the initial stage, the research about it was with high practical significance. This paper proposed a kind of practical wind and rain alarming judgment algorithm, implemented and verified it with language C.
