摘要
随着我国国际合作项目不断增多，项目对财务管理的要求也越来越高．全球基金艾滋病项目是目前我国经费额度较大的国际合作项目．由于目前艾滋病项目没有统一并全面的财务核算及报表体统，因而存在着报表工作量大、准确率低且程序繁杂、报告信息严重滞后等缺点．为此，作者将现代化计算机网络技术与财务管理系统相结合，提出了开发网络型项目财务核算及报表系统，该系统具有及时性、准确性、安全性高等特点，可有效弥补目前财务管理的不足．
With Chinas international cooperation projects has increased, the projects are higher demand for the financial management. The global fund for AIDS project is an important international cooperation project which has a lot of funding in our country now. ＇Because the current AIDS project does not have a unified and comprehensive financial accounting and reporting systems, so there exists a lot of shortcomings now, such as heavy workload, low accuracy, complicated procedures and late reporting of information of statements. Therefore, the author puts forward to develop the network project financial accounting and reporting system which combines the modern computer network technology and financial management and has the timeliness, accuracy, high security features. Using this system can effectively compensate for the lack of financial management.
