文中介绍了一种提花人造毛皮微电脑控制系统的组成及工作原理 ,着重讲述了选针器驱动、梳理头喂毛控制和花型处理的基本原理及方法 ,同时说明了系统软件的构成。为进一步研究和开发提花人造毛皮计算机控制系统打下了一定的基础。
The construction and working principle of a micro computer control system for jacquard high pile fabric is introduced, especially the principle and methods related to the driving of needle selector, the sliver feeding control of carding head and to the pattern processing. The composition of software used in this system is described as well. A foundation is thus laid for further development and research on computer control system of jacquard sliver knitting machine.
