摘要
论述了微机双模控制在电阻炉温度控制上的应用,描述了对象的数学模型,设计了变速积分PID控制器,以及采用Bang-Bang控制和变速积分PID控制的双模控制方式,并取得了较好的效果。
The application of the microcomputer-based dual mode control in temperature control for resis-tance furnaceis presented and the mathematic model of the object is described. The ideal ef-fects are obtained by using the varying speed integration PID controller with Bang Bang con-trol and varying speed integration control stra-tegies.
