摘要
目的:浅析针灸、中成药联合使用并采取ADL康复训练同治脑卒后遗症的临床效果。方法:选取我院98例脑卒中后遗症患者,分为康复组(52例)和对照组(46例),两组均采用神经内科常规用药及基础康复训练,康复组患者常规药物使用同时进行针灸、中成药配合治疗和康复训练,对比两组治疗效果。结果:康复组患者的有效率和改良Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:配合针药同疗并综合ADL康复训练对脑卒后遗症患者的治愈有明显促进作用。
objective： according to the joint use acupuncture, herbal medicine and take ADL rehabilitation training together cure brain he sequela the clinical curative effect of the patients. Methods： 98 patients with stroke our selected patients with sequela, divided into recovery group （52 cases） and the control group （46 patients）, compared to two group cure effect. Results： patients recover efficient and Barthel index score improved significantly higher than those in the control group, significant difference （P 〈 0,05）, Conclusion： with the needle with therapy and comprehensive ADL drua rehabilitation trainina to oromote the leaacv he cured oatients with brain.
