摘要
高职微电子专业实验室建设普遍面临因投入过大而无法实施的困境。基于工作岗位和人才培养目标的分析,提出了与核心工作岗位培养相适应,自建与企业共建相结合的微电子专业实验室的建设目标和建设方案,实施效果较显著。
In higher vocational education, the microelectronic technology laboratory, in general, facing the difficult that needs the big investment, which will induce impracticability. Based on the analysis of professional positions and training objectives, the programming was presented about self-building and cooperation-building to adapt the core capability training. The results prove the significant effect.
