摘要
目的观察经鼻腔激光辅助治疗脑梗死对患者血脂血糖的影响。方法选择2011年8月至2012年6月收治的120例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联合经鼻腔激光治疗,对照组仅使用常规治疗。两组治疗结束后评定临床疗效及治疗前后血常规、血糖、血脂、红细胞沉降率等参数的变化。结果治疗组在神经功能缺损评分减少、临床疗效及血液生化指标变化等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光治疗脑梗死疗效确切。经鼻腔激光照射辅助治疗脑梗死对患者血脂的稳定和降低有一定的作用,对血糖影响明显。
Objective To observe the effects of nasal cavity laser assistant therapy on blood lipid and glucose in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to June 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group（60 cases）and control group（60 cases）.The treatment group was combined with nasal cavity laser therapy on the base of the conventional treatment and the control group received only conventional treatment.After treatemnt,the curative effects and blood rutine,blood sugar,blood pressure,blood lipids and ESR before and after treatment were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the National Institute of Health stroke scale（NIHSS） in the treatment group were reduced,the clinical curative effects and blood biochemical indexes were suprior to the control group,differece between them showing statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laser therapy has obvious effects in treating cerebral infarction.Transnasal cavity laser assistant therapy has some effects on stablizing and decreasing blood lipid,and obvious effect on blood sugar.
