东北亚清洁能源利用与能源消费结构关系的实证研究——基于状态空间模型的变参数分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着东北亚地区经济的快速发展,该区域能源的消费量也与日俱增。在全球倡导低碳经济的背景下,发展清洁能源意义重大。在对东北亚区域内各国清洁能源利用现状进行定性分析的基础上建立状态空间模型,并利用卡尔曼滤波对各期能源消费弹性进行估算,其结果显示,中国的能源利用率普遍偏低,经济增长需要大量的煤炭资源投入作为支撑,清洁能源利用仍需加强。韩国清洁能源的利用成效显著并影响了其能源消费结构,为我国提升清洁能源比重、改善能源消费结构提供了现实参考。 With the rapid development of economy, energy consumption is also increasing in Northeast Asia. Based on qualitative analysis of clean energy use in this region, state space model was established and then Kalman filter was used to estimate the elasticity of energy consumption in this paper. The results show that China's energy utilization is generally low, economic growth requires a large amount of coal resources as the support, and clean energy still need to be strengthened. Meanwhile, clean energy utilization in Korea has achieved remarkable results and changed its energy consumption structure to some extent. China and South Korea energy consumption have a certain degree of complements, which provide a realistic reference for China to enhance the proportion of clean energy, and to improve energy consumption structure as well.
