摘要
目的:评价脑深部及脊髓电刺激疗法治疗持续性植物状态患者的术前和术后护理的临床效果评估。方法:通过规范的术前术后护理提高手术的临床疗效。结果:规范的护理方法对提高脑深部及脊髓电刺激疗法治疗持续性植物状态具有重要的作用。结论:进行脑深部及脊髓电刺激疗法治疗持续性植物状态时,在术前、术后必须采取规范的护理辅助措施。
Objective： To assess the clinical effect of spinal cord stimulation and deep brain stimulation as well as postoperative nursing in treating the patients with persistent vegetative state. Methods： Standardized preoperative and postoperative nursing was conducted to improve the therapeutic efficacy of the operation. Results： Preoperative and postoperative nursing made better clinical effect on patients with persistent vegetative state. Conclusion： When we treat the patients with persistent vegetative state by spinal cord stimulation and deep brain stimulation, preoperative and postoperative nursing is very important.
