摘要
目的:探讨手动触发技术在320排CT冠状动脉成像中的应用价值,并对图像质量进行分析。方法:将100例临床拟诊断为冠心病行320排CT冠状动脉成像病例分为3组。A组71例(心率<65次/min);B组19例(心率65~79次/min);C组10例(心率>80次/min)。请2位影像科主治医师双盲评价冠脉13个节段的图像质量。结果:3组在年龄、体重和身高之间差异无统计学意义(F=3.21,3.95,2.18;P>0.05)。应用手动触发技术在320排CT冠状动脉成像中高质量图像病例占93%~95%,各组间图像质量差异均无统计学意义(x2=14.1,P>0.05)。结论:手动触发技术在320排CT冠状动脉成像中运用合适的触发时相则能获得理想的冠状动脉图像。
Objective: To explore the value of manually trigger technology application in the 520-slice CT coronary angiography and to analyze the image quality. Methods: People (number of cases= 100) clinically diagnosed as coronary heart disease underwent 520-slice CT coronary angiography, The 100 patients were divided into three groups, the group of A(N= 71, Heart rate (65 Times/sec) ; the group of B (N= 19, Heart rate 65 - 79 Times/see) ; the group of C(N=10,Heart rate〉80Times/see). Two doctors conducted the double-blind evaluation of the image quality of the 13 segments of coronary artery. Results: No significant difference was found among the three groups in age, weight and height(F=3.21, 3.95, 2.18; P〉0.05). The high-quality cases of the application of manual trigger in the 320-slice CT coronary angiography was 93-95%, the image quality was not statistically different among the 3 groups(x2=14. 1, P〉 0.05). Conclusion: Using appropriate trigger phase of manually trigger technology application in the 320-slice CT coronary angiography, the ideal images can be obtained.
