摘要
根据黄沙坪铅锌矿浮选尾矿综合回收磁性铁的技术要求,在充分研究矿石性质和工艺流程的基础上,对尾矿回收粗选磁选机进行针对性设计,研发了一台尾矿专用磁选机,以增加总尾矿中磁性铁的回收。应用结果表明,专用磁选机可降低尾矿的铁品位,提高磁性铁的回收率。
Considering the requirement of recovering iron minerals from the lead and zinc flotation tailings of Huangshaping Mine,based on the detailed analyzing the mineral property and process,the rougher magnetic separator for tailings was designed specially,and a magnetic separator was invented to improve the recovery of magnetic iron.The application result indicates that the special magnetic separator can reduce the iron grade in the tailings and increase iron recovery.
