摘要
以某化工厂除盐水处理工程为例,阐述了超滤装置的工艺流程和运行方式,分析了超滤的工作原理及处理过程中膜污染的形成原因,提出了控制膜污染的化学清洗方法和清洗控制参数,为此类水处理工艺的日常运行管理和维护提供技术参考。
According to the desalination water treatment engineering in a chemical plant, the process and operation mode of ultra filtration device was described, principle of ultra filtration and causes of membrane fouling were analyzed. The chemical cleaning of membrane fouling and cleaning parameters control methods listed in the article is technical reference for the daily operation, management and maintenance of this water treatment process.
