干露、盐度、温度变化对中华虎头蟹仔蟹的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Desiccation , Salinity , and Temperature on Feeding and Survival of Juvenile Chinese Tiger Crab Orithyia sinica

摘要 采用单因子分析方法,在生化培养箱中设置5个干露梯度,15个盐度梯度及12个温度梯度,研究干露、盐度、温度变化对中华虎头蟹仔蟹存活及其活力的影响。试验结果表明,不同干露温度梯度下,随着温度的升高,时间的延长,仔蟹爬行、游动、钻沙能力不断减弱;在0、1、2、45、50盐度梯度下,24h后仔蟹成活率、活力下降明显;10~35℃温度梯度下,24h后成活率超过90%,能正常摄食、活动,其他温度试验组,随温度变化,仔蟹活力不断减弱至无法摄食活动。 The effects of desiccation, salinity (0--50), and temperature (10-35 ℃) on survival and vitality of juvenile Chinese tiger crab Orithyia sinica were studied by single factor analysis method. The resuits showed that the juvenile crab had decline in crawling, swimming and drilling capabilities with increase in temperature and in period at different temperatures of desiccation. The crab juveniles exposed to a salinity of 0, 1, 2, 45, and 50 were shown to be significantly lower survival rate, and activity after 24 hours. The survival rate of more than 90%, normal feeding and activity were observed in the crab juveniles exposed to 10 - 35℃ for 24 h. In other experimental groups, as the temperature decreased or increased, vitality was found to be weakened, even to stop feeding and moving.
