摘要
双师结构教学团队是高职培养高端技能型专门人才的关键。必须建立约束激励机制强迫与引导专业教师增加专业实践经历,提高基于实际工作经验的教学设计、课程开发、实践指导方面的能力,使专业教师逐步具备双师素质;通过约束激励机制,强迫与引导各专业从行业、企业聘请经营管理专家、技术能手担任兼职教师,将行业职业资格标准与企业上岗要求引入课程,专职兼职教师协作开发专业核心课程以及实训教材。
The teaching team of double-qualified teachers is the key to cultivating the top high-skilled talents at higher vocational colleges. In order to make the professional teachers endowed with double-qualification, the college should establish the motivation system to compel and direct them to increase practical experience gradually and to enhance the abilities of teaching design, curriculum development and practical guidance on the basis of practical work experience. With the motivation system, specialties are compelled and guided to invite management experts and technical experts from the enterprises and industries to work as part-time teachers. Meanwhile, professional standards and enterprise licensing requirements are introduced in the curriculum, and full-time and part-time teachers collaborate on developing core subjects and teaching materials for training.
