摘要
以路面混凝土为研究对象,就如何提高混凝土耐久性进行了试验研究,通过探索试验、正交设计试验及对比试验,寻找耐久性混凝土最佳配合比,分析了水灰比、粉煤灰、聚羧酸减水剂、引气剂等掺量对混凝土耐久性的影响,从混凝土物理力学性能、抗渗性、电通量等技术指标验证优化设计混凝土耐久性服役年限。
Having chosen pavement concrete as the experimental subject, this paper deals with the studies and researches on improvements in concrete endurance. Meanwhile, through explorative experiments, orthogonal design studies and comparative studies, it has been seeking for the fittest mix- ture ratio for endurable concrete, analyzing the influences by contents like W/C, fly ash, polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, air entraining agent on concrete endurance, and verifying the expectable service years of the better-designed concrete endurance via technical indicators of the physical and mechanical endurance of concrete, impermeability and electric flux.
