近距离上覆采空区条件下均压通风防灭火技术研究 被引量:1

Study on fire prevention technology by ventilation with pressure balancing under close overlying goaf

摘要 针对我国西部地区煤炭资源兼并重组整合特殊条件下,山西孟家焉煤业公司1111首采工作面初采期间工作面与进、回风巷道内出现大量CO,最高达1600ppm,造成重大安全隐患。通过原因分析与实施效果验证,判断得出工作面CO主要来源于近距离上覆采空区和老巷,采用均压通风防灭火技术可以快速高效治理工作面巷道系统中CO,实现了采煤工作面的安全生产。 Shanxi Mengjiayan coal Co. , Ltd belongs to mine of coal resources merger and reorgani- zation in western region of our country, which exit a lot of overlying goal and old roadways. During initial stage of mining of 1111 first--mined work, there were numerous CO at 1111 whole space inclu- ding intake, work face and outtake. And the maximum of CO concentrate was 1600 ppm. Base on rea- son analysis and practice verification, CO was come from overlying goal and old roadways under 1111 work face. Ventilation with pressure balancing was used to manage CO in 1111 work system. The re- sults show the technology can quickly and efficiently control CO and get remarkable social and economic benefit.
