摘要
鉴于目前纺织厂空调系统的现状,由于季节与地区差异等诸多因素的限制,很难建立一个确切的数学模型以对纺织厂空调系统进行控制.提出了以MSP430单片机为控制核心器件,采集车间的温、湿度信号,将采集的数据送上位机进行处理,然后利用485串行扩展卡输出参数.控制系统采用模糊控制算法控制变频器,从而达到调节车间温、湿度的目的.实验表明,采用模糊控制方法,具有简单、精确度高、性能较优等特点.
This paper analyzes the current system condition in textile mill, because of the limitation of the different seasons and regions, it is difficult to establish an exact mode to control the conditioning system. This paper proposes a new method which adopts MSP430 to collect the temperature and humidity signal and transmit all these signal and put out the parameters to PC using 485 serial extended card. The control system adopts fuzzy control algorithm to control converter and realize the control of temperature and humidity. The experi ment results show that the system has the feature of easy operation, high precision and excellent performance.
